We have negotiated rates with FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service in order to offer you the most convenient as well as the most affordable options for shipping. We do not charge for handling, packaging, storing or any other hidden fees. The shipping cost you see displayed is the net cost that the shipper is charging to deliver your package to you.
We ship to APO, PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. No FedEx or UPS to APO, PO, Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Buy Online, Pick Up At Store
Sometimes it’s just more convenient to shop online, even if there’s a store nearby.
If your zip code is within 50 miles of a Starr location, you will see an option appear when you are ready to finalize your purchase called “Pick Up In Store”. If you choose this option, your order will be ready to pick up at the location you choose on the next day if your order was placed before noon, and within two days otherwise. Please go to customer service to collect your purchase. There is no fee for this service.
Need it faster? Call it in! If you call the store directly, they can gather your order for you if it is in stock, and have it ready the same day.
If you selected In-Store Pickup and then are unable to visit the store to pick up your merchandise, just give us a call. We can figure out a way to get your and your purchase together!
NOTE: Levi's Restriction
We cannot ship or sell more than 6 pairs of Levi's or Dockers pants to any customer, to prevent unauthorized wholesale. We cannot ship Levi's or Dockers to APO/PPO addresses.
